Advancing Leadership, Research and Educational Impact

The School of Human Development and Organizational Studies in Education (HDOSE) celebrates the accomplishments of its faculty, students, programs and research centers. The school’s nationally recognized programs include counselor education and educational leadership and policy, according to U.S. News and World Report.

HDOSE faculty and students advance research and practice through initiatives such as the Institute of Higher Education (IHE), Collaborative Assessment and Program Evaluation Services (CAPES) and the Education Policy Research Center. The school also brings together education leaders, researchers and policymakers by sponsoring the National Education Finance Conference annually.
