Core Courses
Candidates for the M.A.E. are required to earn 15 hours from the following courses:
EDF 6403 – Quantitative Foundations of Educational Research
OR
EDF 6400 – Quantitative Found of Educational Research: Overview

Electives
Elective courses may be taken in Research and Evaluation Methodology, other departments in the College of Education and departments outside the College of Education. Master’s students are required to complete at least one (3-credit hour) elective within the College of Education. Some electives may have both on-campus and online versions. There is great flexibility in the choice of electives but the choice must be approved by the student’s faculty advisor. Examples of courses students may want to consider as electives are:
