- Select Research and Evaluation Methodology as your desired program
- A $30.00 (non-refundable) Application Fee is required. Credit card payments require an additional $7.00 processing fee.
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
- Statement of Purpose
- Transcripts sent to:

- All applicants from countries in which the official language is not English are required to submit official evidence of English language proficiency and meet the minimum score requirements. Details on acceptable tests and scores can be found on the UF International Center Website.
New Student Application Returning Student Application Grad Checklist
NOTE: Previously enrolled graduate students, who have skipped two or more terms, and are looking to return to the exact same program and degree level at which they previously attended, should apply using the Returning Student Application.

Application Deadlines
All application materials for the on-campus Ph.D. must be received before December 1 (Fall).
Admission to the program is based on a comprehensive review of all application materials. The program gives strong consideration to the statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, relevant work and/or life experiences, and performance in prior undergraduate and graduate coursework (GPA). Admissions decisions are based on selecting applicants who demonstrate promise for not only completing their degree, but for becoming a competent professional as well.
