Special Instructions for Online Doctor of Education (Ed.D.): Please refer to the Ed.D. Admissions Guidelines. When completing the application, please list the degree goal as Doctor of Education, and the department contact name as Swapna Kumar in the “Primary Program” section.
We expect, in addition to the School of Teaching and Learning Admission requirements, that all of our educational technology students will have an appropriate level of information and communication technology literacy upon starting the program. This includes knowledge and skills in Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Web Browsers (e.g., Firefox), and operating systems (e.g., Windows 7, Mac OS X) navigation. If you are not fluent in these areas, you should complete the following tutorial prior to the start of our courses.
