Enhancing the Culminating Experience

The culminating experiences for pre-service teachers will involve instructional coaching from highly qualified mentor teachers, through a collaboration with the Alachua County Public Schools. The partnership will help refine the selection and preparation of mentor teachers.

Project Adept plans to introduce cloud-based video observations to everyone in the preparatory program.

Another goal is to embed two Professors in Residence in the target Title I schools to establish a network of experience.
