MINUTES of College Curriculum Committee
Meeting date: December 19, 2011
Call to order: A meeting of the College Curriculum Committee was held on December 19, 2011. The meeting convened at 2:03 PM, Dorene Ross presiding.
Members in attendance: Pat Ashton, Tom Dana, John Kranzler, Dorene Ross, Colleen Swain, Jane Townsend, Jan McInnes, Jeanne Repetto, Theresa Vernetson
Others in attendance: Cirecie West-Olatunji, Susan Horkey
Approval of minutes: Motion was made by Pat Ashton, and seconded to approve the minutes of the November 21, 2011 meeting. Motion carried.

Consideration of proposed new courses:
- EEX 6XXX Intro to E-HCT
Course was conditionally approved pending minor changes.
- EEX 6XXX Methods of Integrating Education-HealthCare Transition
Course was conditionally approved pending minor changes.
- EEX 6XXX Seminar in Education—HealthCare Transition
Course was conditionally approved pending minor changes and certificate form edited and resubmitted.
- EEX 6XXX Legal Aspects & Policy in E-HCT
Course was conditionally approved pending minor changes.
- MSH 6XXX Introduction to Disaster Mental Health Counseling (notice this course is listed three times. Just look at the one that is listed as Pending at College).
Course was recycled with comments and will be resubmitted to the CCC.
- MSH 6XXX Disaster Mental Health Counseling and Vulnerable Populations
Course was recycled with comments and will be resubmitted to the CCC.
- MSH 6XXX Traumatic Stress and Mental Health Counseling
Course was recycled with comments and will be resubmitted to the CCC.
