Please join us in Ustler Hall for an exploration of career paths in social justice. The day will begin with a panel of Women’s Studies alumnae, working in education, mental health, violence prevention, and LGBT advocacy, who offer lessons from their post-graduation journeys, and conclude with a presentation on strategizing social justice job seeking. There will be a lunchtime (lunch provided) keynote address by UF alum and current Gainesville City Commissioner Gail Johnson, “Political Activism as a Path to Social Justice Work.”
