Come join us for an evening of food, drinks and most of all science at Florida’s first ACS Science Café! Over a First Magnitude brew, learn and discuss how science is changing the future of human health from four University of Florida professors. The panel forum will feature Dr. Albert Ritzhaupt, Dr. Maria Coady, Dr. Tina Smith-Bonahue, and Dr. David Miller as speakers. The main goal of the activity is to provide masters and doctoral students a conversation about academic writing and publishing, and all the processes involved within these challenging endeavors.

Undergraduate students are invited to create a grassroots project to be implemented anywhere in the world during the summer of 2019. These projects should promote peace and address the root causes of conflict among parties. Winning proposals will be awarded $10,000 to implement the project over the summer semester.
