Gifts That Provide Income
In 2020, we experienced a year unlike any other in our college’s 114-year history. Even so, with unwavering support from our alumni and friends, we have continued to address the educational needs of our students and for learners around the world.
As 2020 came to a close, the college had secured 105 planned gifts. These gifts are significant because they will allow us to continue working to address our society’s most pressing challenges and to amplify our domain expertise on a national scale, measured by US News annual rankings — currently our college is ranked 12th among public institutions.
Our goal for 2021 is to celebrate 10 new gifts by December 31, at the conclusion of the college’s 115th anniversary. If you have ever thought about a planned gift to the college, please consider our 2021 Legacy Challenge.
Individuals who make a planned gift through our 2021 Legacy Challenge are also recognized in the UF Legacy Society, honoring those who help secure the future of the College of Education.
