David Figlio is the UF’s Knight-Ridder Professor of Economics, Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and associate of the Institute for Research on Poverty. His research on the design and evaluation of education and social policy has gained him widespread attention in the US and abroad. He has recently worked in Chile, Sweden, Tanzania and Thailand to design and evaluate of school policies.
