Nominations for COE Outstanding Graduate Student Awards are now being accepted by EduGator Central (COE-Office of Academic & Student Services).  Faculty may nominate an outstanding graduate student for an award by submitting nomination materials according to the instructions below. Social Justice Careers Day

Please join us in Ustler Hall for an exploration of career paths in social justice. The day will begin with a panel of Women’s Studies alumnae, working in education, mental health, violence prevention, and LGBT advocacy, who offer lessons from their post-graduation journeys, and conclude with a presentation on strategizing social justice job seeking. There will be a lunchtime (lunch provided) keynote address by UF alum and current Gainesville City Commissioner Gail Johnson, “Political Activism as a Path to Social Justice Work.”

2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the African American History Project at the University of Florida.
