Wayne Griffin, Ph.D., Clinical Associate Professor
Wayne is a clinical associate professor and associate director with the Counseling Center. He works with the Center’s support staff, Web page development and network administration. Wayne also coordinates the Center’s participation in both the Crisis Response Team and University Counseling Resource Network, a response system developed for large scale crisis intervention on campus. He provides the clinical supervision and serves as an on-call consultant for the Crisis Intervention Consultant team for the U.F. Department of Housing. As a therapist, Wayne’s interests include relationship development, family of origin concerns, bereavement, post-trauma recovery and the integration of spirituality in meaningful personal and career decision making.
