The University of Florida (Beta Chapter) of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI) , the international counseling honor society, received national recognition at the American Counseling Association (ACA) Convention in San Francisco in March 2017. Beta Chapter was recognized for their outstanding newsletter that is published by the chapter twice a year. Additionally, Beta chapter member, Dr. Kristina DePue, was recognized for outstanding research for her project with colleagues entitled, “Investigating Supervisory Relationships and Therapeutic Alliances Using Structural Equation Modeling” that was published in Counselor Education and Supervision. A second Beta chapter member, Dr. Lesley Hull, was recognized for being an outstanding practitioner. Dr. Hull has over 20 years of clinical experience.
