Students and Faculty Travel to Tallahassee

Counselor Education students and faculty took a road trip to Tallahassee to meet with state representatives and senators to advocate for counselors and clients on February 21, 2018. Students researched bills prior to the trip and discussed these with legislators. They also attended committee meetings and observed legislators meeting in session. Additionally, students witnessed the march against gun violence that took place on that day.
