“We convened a dynamic and diverse group of educational leaders to explore how teacher leadership contributes to improving school and teacher quality, and ultimately student learning. These conversations bridged the gap between research and practice,” said Philip Poekert, assistant director of the Lastinger Center for Learning, the College of Education’s educational innovation incubator, which organized the conference. “Attendees left inspired and energized to take on the challenging and rewarding work to achieve our shared vision of equity and excellence for all children.”
The conference was co-sponsored by the international academic journal, Professional Development in Education.
