The University of Florida College of Education continues to solidify its standing as a national leader in online education. The college was selected for best online program in three categories: master’s in reading, master’s in educational technology and doctorate of curriculum and instruction by TheBestSchools.org.
According to TheBestSchools.org, rankings for online schools are determined using six weighted categories: academic excellence, faculty scholarship, strength of online instruction methodology, reputation, range of degree programs and financial aid offerings.
TheBestSchools.org is an independent organization made up of “a dedicated group of educators, editors, authors and web professionals” who strive to provide resources and insights into secondary and higher education.
