ENC 5319- Scholarly Writing for Publication- Writing for Intersectional & Social Justice Research – Fall 2015
This workshop-style seminar is a valuable course for graduate students (and their advisor) as it will give a venue to make progress on and enhance thesis/dissertation writing or other research projects, allowing advisors to focus more on conceptual/methodological issues than on the writing. And, it brings a lens that many students are hungry for: intersectionality and social justice perspectives. See flyer for more details.

Babysitting/ Nanny/ Tutoring
Gainesville MYcroSchool needs Tutors We are currently hiring tutors for ALL subject areas for the upcoming Fall semester at MYcroSchool. Please see flyer for details.
Tutoring I am looking for a Geometry tutor for my 13year old son who is taking Geometry Honors through Florida Virtual School. It would be very helpful if the person was familiar with FVS and comfortable working with easily distracted teens. I would like to start as soon as possible as his class has already started and he is struggling.
I am hoping for once a week in my home or a meeting place (preferably SW Gville, but I can be flexible). Please contact Kimberly at email@example.com or call/text 352-219-5868.
Nanny Needed Nanny for a toddler that has some soft markers for autism. He has not been diagnosed yet, but the family is on an early intervention plan with steps to take with him over the next several months. In this family, both parents work, so it’s important his nanny follow through on these steps with him during the week while they are away. For now, we need someone for three days a week at about 8 hours per day ($10/hour). The days will vary, because one parent is a fire fighter and has different days off each week. However, the mother is off on Fridays, so it should never fall on a Friday that this person would have to work.
Tutor Needed Looking for someone to help our 6 year old granddaughter while she is staying with us in Gainesville during the first and possibly second week of July. The two areas she needs help with are reading and math. Please contact Dr. Michael Weaver at firstname.lastname@example.org or 317-379-6976.
