McCarthy Selected to Participate in Emerging Leaders Program

Shannon McCarthy, doctoral candidate in the UF Counselor Education program was selected to participate in the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Emerging Leaders Program. McCarthy is an alumni fellow and is actively involved in research, teaching, and service. Her research interests include counselor development/training, family-school collaboration, school counselors’ involvement with families, and the effect of mental illness on families.
