Director – Works with the administrative management team, faculty and staff to develop and implement methods for the effective use of technology in the college. Address technology needs for research, service, network services, web design, flexible delivery of instruction, and end-user support. Manage the College of Education Office of Instructional and Information Technology and oversee the maintenance of IT equipment.
Sr. Systems Programmer – Coordinates Macintosh and PC support requests, maintain computer inventory, serves as primary support on FileMaker Pro, performs software and hardware installations and coordinates network port installations. Manages and maintains Macintosh file, streaming video and database servers.
Sr. Computer Support Specialist – Provides PC, Macintosh and video production support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Provides public event support and works with outside service providers to maintain the college’s technical equipment.
Computer Programmer – Provides PC and Macintosh support to faculty, administrators, staff and students. Manages and coordinates software licenses compliance and utilization. Position reports to the Director.
Systems Administrator – Designs, builds and maintains a high-availability infrastructure to support the college and distance learning initiatives. Manages software updates, backup and related infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.
Student Assistants – Assists with instructional technology equipment checkout and inventory, coordinates vendor repairs and returns, and assists with software licensing. Provide technical and administrative assistance to the OIIT office including basic break/fix pc support.
