Rebecca Postans is a first grade teacher at Millennia Elementary School in Orlando, Florida. She serves on the School Advisory Council board at her school and is also a member of the Positive Behavior Support committee. Her school is a digital pilot school in Orange County and all of her first graders are accessing their curriculum using iPads. This is a challenge and a blessing all at the same time, but as with anything it is becoming easier as the year progresses.

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education in 2011 from the University of Central Florida, but always knew she wanted to be an official Gator. When she saw the M. Ed. Online Educational Leadership Program, she knew it was a perfect fit for her. Her goal is to become an administrator and make a positive impact on her students and her team of teachers. She believes no other program will prepare her better than the M. Ed. Online Educational Leadership Program. With its flexibility and knowledgeable professors, it is truly made for working educators.
