Justin Tauscher, doctoral student in counselor education, received the 2019 Addiction Health Services Research (AHSR) Investigator Award sponsored by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA).
Jasmaine Ataga and Jan Gay, both first year doctoral students, were selected for multiple opportunities. They were both selected for the Holmes Scholars Program at the University of Florida.
Dr. Hannah Bayne has won the Outstanding Pre-Tenure Counselor Educator Award from the Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (SACES).
Dr. Latoya Haynes-Thoby is originally from the Philadelphia area, and she recently moved from State College, PA where she completed her doctoral program at the Pennsylvania State University.
Paul Maxfield recently graduated from Kansas State University’s PhD program in counselor education. He then made the long drive down to Gainesville with his wife and dog this summer.
Dr. Jacqueline Swank was selected to receive the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Research in Counselor Education and Supervision Award.
