Summer Grant Proposal Submissions: Update

Faculty in the COE are submitting 11 proposals this summer including 8 Institute of Education Sciences (IES) proposals many with the same deadline. To accommodate all submissions, the OER requests that PIs schedule an appointment time with Brian Lane blane@coe.ufl.edu to ensure all proposals are finalized and uploaded successfully before the deadline.

Also, if you have not already done so, please send a Capital Needs form for each submission to Ana Puig anapuig@coe.ufl.edu and Brian Lane blane@coe.ufl.edu.

For IES proposals, schedule appointments beginning no later than the week of

• 7/30 up to 9 am 8/6 for the August 9 deadline
• 8/13 up to 9 am 8/20 for the August 23 deadline

August 9

OER deadline: 9am Monday, August 6

DSP deadline: 9am Wednesday, August 8

August 23

OER deadline: 9am Monday, August 20

DSP deadline: 9am Wednesday, August 22

For all other summer proposals:

OER deadline: submit-ready by 9 a.m. three business days prior to the sponsor deadline

DSP deadline: submit-ready by 9 a.m. on the business day prior to the sponsor deadline
