Enhancements to UFIRST Proposal Reports Are Now Online
The Office of Research will be adding more reports and data in the months ahead for both Proposals and Awards. The next time you log in to view UFIRST Proposal Reports via Enterprise Reporting, please take note of some minor enhancements.
The navigation has been updated and any bookmarks will need updated accordingly. The new navigation is as follows: Enterprise Reporting > Access Reporting > Sponsored Program Information > UFIRST Proposals.
For the canned reports available, the date selection options have changed:
- Submitted Proposals Activity Report can now be ran for the current month, previous month, previous 3, 6, or 12 months, in addition to standard start/end dates. The date used to return records is the date the proposal was submitted.
- All Activity by Personnel Report has the updated date options, and can also be generated based on Proposal Submitted Date, the date the Proposal was created, or the date the record was last modified. This will allow you to capture all records that may not be in a Post-Submission state yet, but you want to capture that activity on any report.
- All Proposals Role Activity Report has the updated date options, and can also be generated based on Proposal Submitted Date, the date the Proposal was created, or the date the record was last modified.
