I am currently developing assessments of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in higher education, including assessment standards for fair and equitable evaluation.
What is the broader impact of your research?
My work is central to accreditation and ensuring fair and equitable environments at post-secondary institutions.
What other research topics are you interested in?
I am also interested in assessment validity and fairness.
